What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and clinical performance of rehabilitation services
• Supervise and support PT and PTA staff, including conducting evaluations for PTs
• Develop and implement therapy programs aligned with patient needs
• Ensure compliance with federal and Arkansas state healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on treatment planning
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes and service quality
• Manage budgeting and operational efficiency within the department

What You NeedRequired:

• Active Arkansas PT License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum 2–5 years management experience in a therapy setting
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small team environment
• Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems; Trubridge/CPSI experience strongly preferred
• Valid NPI number

Preferred:

• Rural or critical access hospital experience
• Comfort floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads
• Experience with EMR (Trubridge/CPSI) systems
