• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and goal-setting for patients referred by licensed healthcare practitioners in Texas.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, enhancing safety, and preventing disability.
• Supervise and administer physical therapy treatments and physical agents in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the EMR system (Meditech Expanse).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, effective patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations, including maintaining proper licensure and certifications.

Required Skills:

• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, specifically Meditech Expanse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse clinical settings.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with telehealth physical therapy sessions.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Texas licensure and active state registration.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Scrubs: Navy Blue.
• Reporting to the Physical Therapy Director.
• Non-exempt position, with an hourly pay rate of $60.30.
• Immediate availability for an ASAP start, with the role beginning on 04/13/2026.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all safety standards.
