• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and goal planning for patients referred by licensed healthcare practitioners in Texas.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to restore function, enhance performance, and prevent disability.
• Supervise and administer therapeutic treatments and physical agents, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Maintain accurate documentation within Meditech Expanse EMR system.
• Collaborate closely with the Physical Therapy Director to optimize patient outcomes.
• Uphold professional standards and comply with all regulatory and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy practices, techniques, and modalities.
• Excellent assessment, patient communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Meditech Expanse.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of current industry best practices and evidence-based treatments.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Additional certifications such as CPR or specialty therapies.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility to adapt to patient care needs.
• Adoption of Navy Blue scrubs.
• Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications.
• Must be adaptable to hospital policies, including scrubs and EMR use.
• Reliable transportation for travel reimbursement if applicable.
