• Valid and current Physical Therapy license
• Proven experience in outpatient therapy, with a focus on evaluations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational skills to manage patient schedules effectively
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inpatient and swing bed services
• Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
• Knowledge of advanced therapy techniques and emerging practices
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 1-2 years of outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work 8 or 10-hour shifts based on shift preferences
• Availability for rotating weekend coverage, approximately 1-2 weekends per month
• Ability to start promptly on 04/06/2026
• Willingness to work in a contract assignment lasting 8-13 weeks
• Reliable transportation for onsite evaluations and treatments
