This opportunity offers flexible scheduling within a supportive environment, ideal for professionals seeking both challenge and work-life balance.Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient care in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to choose from various work schedules, including 8- or 10-hour shifts, with the possibility of working 4 or 5 days per week. You will primarily conduct evaluations in inpatient and swing-bed units, providing targeted therapy to assist patient recovery. This 8-13 week assignment includes rotating weekend coverage (1-2 weekends per month), with the choice of weekend days and times. • Valid state Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Proven experience in outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied schedule effectively
• Basic proficiency with documentation and electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inpatient or swing-bed therapy settings
• Bilingual abilities
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Familiarity with current trends and evidence-based practices in physical therapy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 1+ year of outpatient therapy experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (rotating schedule)
• Willingness to travel within the facility as needed
• Valid licensure and certifications up to date
• Must pass background check and adhere to safety protocols
