Our esteemed healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional therapy services across diverse patient populations. This pivotal role offers an enriching environment where your expertise makes a meaningful difference every day.This position involves working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing outpatient therapy to a wide range of patients, from newborns to hospice care. Our department specializes in outpatient services, including pediatrics—so pediatric experience is essential. Additionally, you will support our Acute Care and Swing Bed programs, contributing to comprehensive patient recovery. No new graduates are considered; we seek seasoned professionals with a proven track record in therapy.Required Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience treating pediatric patients
• Strong knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols
• Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate bedside manner and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in acute care and swing bed settings
• Familiarity with a variety of diagnoses across different age groups
• Bilingual abilities
• Advanced certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to adhering to all applicable state, federal, and local regulations
• Willingness to provide therapy services in multiple settings as needed
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to travel to other sites if required
