• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: Valid TX state license required
• Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $35 - $39 hourly
• Benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, supplemental insurance, attractive retirement plan through TCDRS with hospital match. Previous employment history may vest sooner.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services across diverse age groups
• Perform manual therapy techniques, especially post-surgical rehabilitation
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Cover swing beds and outpatient areas as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient recovery
• Support patient education and progress tracking
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures

What You Need:

• Valid Texas PT or PTA license
• Experience with manual therapy, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehab
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
