  • License/Certs: Valid Physical Therapist license required
  • Experience: Outpatient and inpatient experience preferred, manual therapy skills a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $45/hour plus sign-on bonus
  • Benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, supplemental insurance, retirement plan through TCDRS with hospital match (vesting based on employment history)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services for patients of all ages, from high school to seniors
  • Perform manual therapy and post-surgical rehab as part of outpatient care
  • Cover swing beds as needed, adapting to fluctuating patient census
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in Cerner EMR
  • Educate patients and families to improve recovery and health outcomes
What You NeedRequired:
  • Valid PT license in Texas
  • Experience with manual therapy and post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Ability to work flexibly across inpatient and outpatient settings
Preferred:
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent manual therapy techniques; adaptable to diverse patient needs
