• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with swing bed cases or inpatient rehab scenarios
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehab)
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient communities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Prior experience working in healthcare facilities with diverse caseloads

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on 06/15/2026
• Ability to work 8-hour days, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch
• Willingness to see swing bed cases if needed and travel reimbursements applicable when relevant
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
