• Valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to document care in line with hospital and regulatory standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Mentoring or supervisory experience with PTAs or support staff
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current treatment guidelines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Prior clinical experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications
• Ability to support occasional inpatient care or outreach services as needed
