  • Shift: 8-hour days, primarily outpatient; inpatient coverage on Mondays as needed
  • Hours/week: 40 hours
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Licenses/Certifications: Texas State License required
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in outpatient PT
Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $45/hour (permanent position)
  • Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; additional benefits may include PTO, travel stipends, or insurance options (details to be provided upon offer)
What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient therapy services to patients in a hospital environment
  • Cover inpatient therapy needs on Mondays and as patient load requires
  • Work with a team of PTs, supporting patient recovery and mobility
  • Utilize Web PT EMR for outpatient documentation
  • Support inpatient and outpatient care on a swing bed unit (max 24 beds)
  • Follow hospital dress code: scrub pants and collared hospital shirt, no facial jewelry, tattoos permitted without vulgar content
What You NeedRequired:
  • Texas State License
  • Minimum 1 year outpatient PT experience
  • Proficiency with EMR (Web PT and Trubridge preferred)
Preferred:
  • Experience in hospital outpatient setting and inpatient coverage
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
