What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatment plans in a home health setting
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote recovery and independence
  • Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
  • Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards
What You Need
  • Valid Texas State license as a Physical Therapist
  • BLS certification upon hire
  • Great communication skills and compassion for patient well-being
  • Experience in home health care preferred, but all qualified applicants considered
