Physical Therapist (PT) – Temporary to Permanent PositionOur healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals to contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation in a supportive environment with potential for long-term employment.Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Junction, TX (specific address to be provided upon selection)
• Compensation: $63.65 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients across inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) settings, with a primary focus on outpatient care.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Implement evidenced-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinic policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure in Texas).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Proficiency in outpatient therapy; inpatient experience is a plus.
• Willingness to perform wound care and other additional duties as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.
