• Minimum of 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke therapy, and pediatric sports medicine
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of current best practices and clinical protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with swing-bed programs or inpatient therapy
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or equivalent credential
• Prior experience in outpatient ortho and pediatric sports medicine settings

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Ability to travel to various outpatient locations if necessary
• Certification in CPR/BLS required
• Possession of valid licensure and certifications, with good standing on all required registries
