Physical TherapistPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care across outpatient (OP), inpatient (IP), and Specialized Neurological Units (SNU), ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment with a focus on patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population in outpatient, inpatient, and SNU settings.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately using Meditech or equivalent electronic charting systems.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-discharge care to promote recovery and prevent fallbacks.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies, including timely call-ins and adherence to shift schedules.
• Participate in periodic weekend rotations approximately every 4-5 weekends.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Kansas Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care excellence.

Schedule and Shift:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700, totaling 40 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base pay starting at $37.86 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Relocation allowance of up to $2,500; receipts required for reimbursement.
• Sign-on bonus between $1,000 and $5,000, payable after your first pay period.
• Additional bonus of $2,000 awarded upon completion of 1, 2, or 3 years of employment.
• Uniform policy allows for any professional scrubs for daily work.

Additional Information:

• Call-off policy requires notifying the department at least 2 hours before your shift begins.
• No holiday rotation required.
• No specific unit scrubbing color restrictions beyond professional attire.
