  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Kansas PT license, BLS certified
  • Experience: Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $37.86 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Up to $2,500 relocation allowance (receipts required), sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (paid upon first paycheck), additional bonus after 1-3 years of employment, Competitive pay package discussed upon application
What You’ll Do
  • Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients across outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing units
  • Implement therapy interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Document patient treatments accurately using Meditech charting system
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and privacy regulations
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and staff
What You NeedRequired:
  • Valid Kansas PT license
  • BLS certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift
Preferred:
  • Previous outpatient or inpatient experience
  • Strong communication skills and team player attitude
