  • Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota Physical Therapist License, BLS within 1 year
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field; familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 (based on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment
  • Pay package: Discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
  • Support home health, SNF, or school-based patients on occasion
  • Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on therapy routines and injury prevention
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and health safety standards
What You Need
  • Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification (within first year of employment)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of electronic medical records, preferably Epic
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
