• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and staff
• Ability to independently assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Ideal Additional Skills:

• Experience working with both outpatient populations and inpatient settings
• Familiarity with Swingbed programs and inpatient services
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient settings

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days
• Must have current licensure and/or certification, with travel or related reimbursements applicable when needed
• No on-call responsibilities required
