Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Temporary to Permanent PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and versatile Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to patient care within a dynamic clinical environment.Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Junction, TX
• Pay Rate: $46.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients across inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) settings, with a primary focus on outpatient services.
• Perform therapeutic procedures under the supervision of licensed therapists, including assessments, treatment planning, and patient education.
• Manage a diverse caseload, demonstrating adaptability and comprehensive skill in various treatment modalities.
• Assist with wound care and other specialized interventions as needed.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a PTA.
• Valid and current PTA license in the state of Texas.
• Well-rounded clinical skills with the ability to handle a variety of patient needs.
• Willing to perform wound care and other specialized tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a patient-centered approach.
