Shift: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas State License required
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
EMR Systems: WebPT (Outpatient), Trubridge (Inpatient)

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $45/hour (permanent position)

What Youll Do:

Provide outpatient physical therapy in a hospital setting
Cover inpatient swing bed (SNF) unit with up to 24 beds
Deliver one-on-one patient care focusing on functional improvements
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
Assist in patient education and discharge planning
Support hospital and patient safety protocols

What You Need:

Valid Texas State Physical Therapist License
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working with adult outpatient and inpatient populations
