Job Description

As part of our Patient Registration team at our Norwalk office, you will be responsible for assisting patients with the check in process for physical therapy appointments and provide verification of services with insurance. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining efficient communication with patients and providers. You are passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our patients. This is a full-time opportunity at our Norwalk Clinic, opening summer 2026.

Norwalk Clinic Physical Therapy hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. 

Here is What You Can Expect:

  • Providing and obtaining necessary paperwork from patients for their physical therapy appointment.
  • Communicating with patients to set up follow up and additional appointments to help them get them back to living. 
  • Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time working on a computer, that may seem unnatural.

  • Professional. Display a high-level of professionalism when interacting with patients and clinical staff members.
  • Multi-tasker. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time while staying organized. 
  • Experience. Prior experience working in a medical front office role or similar, preferred.
  • Curiosity. You practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions and avoiding interrupting patients and co-workers.
  • Dependability. Ensures patients receive timely care, promotes a reliable healthcare environment, and supports the overall efficiency of the team.
