Position Overview:
Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible/board-certified Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeon to join our Westminster, Colorado team in Fall 2026.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled spine surgeon to join an innovative and fully integrated orthopedic practice that prioritizes patient-centered, advanced surgical care. The role focuses exclusively on spinal procedures, including but not limited to:
- Spinal decompression and fusion
- Minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS)
- Complex spine reconstruction
- Degenerative, deformity, and trauma cases
Candidates with advanced fellowship training and demonstrated expertise in minimally invasive spine techniques are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position includes shared call responsibilities, state-of-the-art surgical and rehabilitation facilities, and a robust referral network that supports a busy and rewarding spine practice from day one.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
- Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Requirements
Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited medical school or ECFMG certification.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent surgical skills and minimally invasive trained
