Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Perform pre-op assessments and manage follow-up care
Monitor and manage controlled substance protocols responsibly
Collaborate closely with physicians to deliver safe, high-quality care
Support clinic flow, triage urgent needs, and optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families with clarity and compassion
What You BringGraduate of an accredited PA or NP program
Licensed or eligible in the state of WisconsinNational certification required3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Experience with EHR systems
Passion for patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning
Beyond the ClinicParticipate in education sessions, QA reviews, and special projects
