Job DetailsJob Title: Director of Clinical Education- Physician Assistant ProgramEmployment: Direct Hire, PermanentHours: Full-time, 32 hours in-person and 8 hours remote. Salary: $110-130k + great benefits Relocation Assistance: OfferedLocation: Hybrid, in Dallas, TX. ResponsibilitiesLead development, expansion and maintenance of clinical rotation sites nationwideDevelop and provide ongoing management of the clinical portion of the programAct as a liaison between the preceptor, student, and programProvide continuous self-assessment and evaluation of the clinical portion of the program in accordance with the ARC-PA standards.Requirements:

• Physician Assistant Program with a minimum of a master’s degree
• NCCPA Certification
• Physician Assist License- Board Certified
• 3 years Clinical Experience as practicing PA + 3 leadership experience
