Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner wanted for Post Acute Care, Cortland, NY A national healthcare organization is seeking a NP/PA to join their Post-Acute Care team in Cortland, NY. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Perks and Benefits: Salary Range: $130,760 to $154,911 annually Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage CME allowance and leadership opportunities EMR training and support Practice Highlights/Qualifications: Full-time (5 days/week) M-F Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation) Collaborative team environment Back-office and administrative support NP/PA certification required Active NY license or ability to obtain Post-acute care experience preferred but not required A classic Finger Lakes college town with four beautiful seasons and affordable living.
