Join Our Medical Provider Team in Harlem and Chinook!

One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Harlem/Chinook clinics. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you!

Location: 3 Days in Harlem and 1 day in Chinook

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: $119,203 - $123,905/year (DOE)

  • New grad with less than 2 years of experience will come in at $105,083/year

About the Role

As a PA or NP at One Health, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
  • Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
  • DOT within 6 months of hire
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: 3+ years of clinical experience
