Position Highlights

3 -4 dedicated scope days per week
4- or 5-day work week
10 days of call per month, including 1 weekend
Low acuity, no trauma - community-based hospital
Build your practice with autonomy
Support from 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 physician, and 1 PSR
Bread-and-butter GI

Procedures

ERCP and EUS preferred
Endoscopy required

Clinic

15-minute established visits; 30-minute new patients
Half or full clinic days available
Full day: up to 36 patients

Technology

EMR: EPIC

Candidate Criteria

Practicing physicians, 2026-2027 fellows, and J-1 visa candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Salary: $800,000 for the first 12 months, with significant earning potential well beyond that-many of our doctors consistently exceed their guarantee and reach the 90th percentile and beyond.
Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% on your guarantee
Sign-On Bonus: $100,00 to help you get started.
