Family Medicine - Outpatient Only

PRACTICE SPECIFICSOutpatient practice - no inpatient/hospitalist coverage requiredHighly engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 2 MD's and 5 advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.Great mentorship availableTerrific opportunity to work with local sports teamsLeadership/Medical Director opportunityOptometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery also on siteOutpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center within clinicWork schedule: 36 patient contact hours a weekClinic patients average 16-18/dayAdditional outreach opportunities available

COMPENSATION$323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
