Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Seeking a casual Pediatric Hospitalists as part of the growth within the pediatric inpatient services at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND.

  • Well-established, well-respected, and growing practice. Includes 3 physicians & 3 APP's.
  • Scheduling consists of consecutive blocks, 24 hour shifts
  • Advanced Practice Provider works with physician for dyad coverage
  • Hospitalists do not cover ICU, Peds ICU, or NICU.
  • Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance.
  • Average pediatric census of 2 to 3 patients per day.
  • Daily newborn rounding coverage
  • Special procedures preferred/required: Circumcisions.
  • Other procedures dependent on experience.
  • Leadership options available

REQUIREMENTS

  • BE/BC Pediatrician
  • Pediatric candidates only
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
