Opportunity:

Physician - Interventional Cardiology Locums | Medford, OR Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage with hospital onsite, clinic and call responsibilities
Work schedule requires being onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by beeper call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays
Weekend coverage involves 24-hour beeper call responsibilities
Minimum requirement of 7 shifts per month with at least 1 week of coverage monthly
See approximately 6-10 patient encounters per shift
Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applying after 9 hours worked
Must hold active Oregon medical license and DEA registration
Board certification required in interventional cardiology
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Fellowship training required
Phone screening with lead physician followed by team interview required
90-day credentialing timeframe
