Opportunity:

Physician (MD) - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide family medicine coverage for 3 shifts per week with flexible scheduling
• Work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
• See approximately 20 patients per shift in a 16-bed department
• Internal medicine physicians will also be considered for this position
• Must be board certified or board eligible with minimum fellowship requirement of 2 years
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services including well woman care, prenatal care, and ultrasounds (preferred)
• Treat patients across all age groups with focus on pediatric care from toddlers through adolescents
• Handle newborn care and resuscitation as preferred skills
• Provide both general outpatient and inpatient care services
• Work in a Level 4 trauma facility environment
