Opportunity:

Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details:

Provide inpatient hospital medical unit coverage with ICU bed responsibilities
Coverage dates: August 6 at 0800 through August 10 at 0800
Onsite schedule from 0800 to 1800 with call coverage when not onsite
Call coverage included via beeper/phone call
1 provider needed to cover for vacation absence
Patient population is 100% adult with 50% geriatric
Average of 14 patients per day
Inpatient setting with additional calls from nursing home
Trauma Level 4 designation facility
EMR/Documentation system: Epic
Weekend coverage required
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required
Active Kentucky license required
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Active DEA required
Travel reimbursements approved for lodging, airfare, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate
