Opportunity:
Physician - Radiology
Job Details:
- General Radiologist position combining moderate interventional radiology and diagnostic reading
- On-site schedule working 5 days per week, weekdays only from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- No call responsibilities and no weekend coverage required
- Fellowship training in interventional radiology preferred but not required
- Perform CT and ultrasound guided biopsies (excluding mammography)
- Handle drain placement procedures including renal, biliary, gastric, gallbladder and abscess drainage
- Conduct thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures
- Perform dialysis procedures in catheterization lab
- Manage occasional peripheral and pulmonary venous thrombosis cases
- Handle rare embolization procedures for GI and other bleeding
- Work in a Level III Trauma Center environment
- Ongoing contract opportunity available
