: 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on Saturday and Sunday.Work-Life Balance

: Call and shift schedules are specifically designed to prioritize physician well-being.Compensation
