This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys coordinating patient care and office operations. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care within a private specialty practice
- Scan and prep medical charts accurately and efficiently
- Process insurance prior authorizations
- Schedule and coordinate specialty medical testing and procedures
- Maintain organized patient records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and medical staff
- Support daily administrative and clinical office workflows
- Previous medical office or healthcare coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Experience processing prior authorizations preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
