Job Description
Calling all PI Litigation Paralegals in Baton Rouge! Come join a growing team! What Youll Do
- Manage litigation files and cases from file to trial with precision and consistency
- Draft, organize, review, and file legal documents, including drafting and answering discovery
- Track deadlines, case activity, and follow-up items
- Coordinate records, discovery, exhibits, and case materials, including trial preparation support
- Prepare demands, settlements, and supporting documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, providers, experts, insurers, and opposing parties
- Keep cases organized, accurate, and moving forward
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work with speed without sacrificing accuracy
- Organized, dependable, and process-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple active matters at once
- Clear communicator and strong team player
- Litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Personal injury experience is a plus
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Available for overtime as needed
