Job Details

A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting attorneys through all stages of personal injury litigation.

Position Overview

The Personal Injury Paralegal will assist attorneys with case management, client communication, discovery, and trial preparation. The firm handles a range of injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and other serious injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or trial

Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence

Coordinate medical records, medical bills, and lien documentation

Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers

Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, mediation, and trial support

Maintain case deadlines, filings, and document management

Support settlement preparation and demand packages

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and case management

Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Experience obtaining and organizing medical records and damages documentation

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems

Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
