Picking & Packing Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Picking & Packing Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring packages are packed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and quality before packing.
• Pack and prepare orders to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages and process shipments according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order fulfillment records.
• Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners as needed.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or order fulfillment environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy.
