Job Description

Pile Driving Foreman

BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Pile Driving Foreman to lead crews on marine and heavy civil construction projects throughout South Florida.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in pile driving operations, understands production goals, and can manage crews safely and efficiently in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise pile driving crews on marine and civil projects

  • Coordinate daily operations, equipment, and manpower

  • Read and interpret plans, pile schedules, and specifications

  • Operate pile driving equipment as needed

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents

  • Maintain production targets and jobsite efficiency

  • Complete daily reports and documentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in pile driving (steel, concrete, timber preferred)

  • Prior foreman or crew leadership experience required

  • Strong understanding of marine/heavy civil construction

  • Ability to read blueprints and layout piles accurately

  • Experience working over water (preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • OSHA certification (preferred)
