Pine Tree Camps at Lynn University is an American Camp Association accredited day and overnight camp in Boca Raton, Florida. Pine Tree Camps offers a variety of programs for campers ages 5 to 14 ranging from traditional skill-building camps to sports camps, overnight camps, and camp counselor training programs. Job Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Capturing and editing high-quality photos of all camp highlights, for social media, newsletters, and summer memories slide show. Photos must feature a wide range of ages, mix of both male and female campers, and diversity.

  • Taking video clips of day in the life camper activities as well as special events throughout the summer.

  • Master the site-level calendar of events and map out a weekly schedule in advance, knowing where to be and when to capture events. This will require extensive collaboration with Assistant Directors and various team members.

  • Ability to do business/organization social media account management.

  • Ability to do media design and production (Photoshop/Adobe Premiere).

  • Follow specific guidelines for photo and video clips.

  • Generate digital assets, representative of camp. This requires collaborating with Assistant Directors to gather relevant photo and video content.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Must be proficient in using and managing social media platforms, including creating and posting content.

  • Photo and video editing software experience required.

  • Be an excellent communicator (written, verbal, a true team player)

  • Highly developed time management skills to complete tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of social media apps, channels, programs.

Minimum qualifications

  • Available to work 20-30 hours a week, Monday-Friday, from 5/26 - 7/31
