Job Title: Pipefitter

Pay: $45/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining piping systems used in a variety of industrial and commercial settings. The Pipefitter will work with various types of piping materials, interpret blueprints, and ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of piping systems
Cut, thread, and hammer pipes according to specifications
Weld, braze, cement, solder, or glue joints to assemble piping systems
Inspect and test installed systems for leaks and ensure they meet regulations
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of various piping materials and their applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills
