Description
Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with Sal's Pizza menu and expertly answer customers' questions.
- Complete all tasks, including but not limited to: food prep, stretching the dough, preparing pizza toppings, making pizzas, taking and preparing customer orders, folding pizza boxes, and keeping your area clean and organized.
- Advise and accommodate customers with specific food allergies.
- Maintain and follow all food safety and sanitation of the area, at both our Sal's Pizza Stores and Mobile food trucks.
- Always adhere to personal conduct. (i.e., uniforms, grooming and punctuality, and all PPE requirements)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
