Job Details

• Handle a diverse caseload of plaintiff-side lemon law matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances with increasing autonomy as experience develops.
• Work closely with clients to gather evidence, assess damages, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case evaluation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain organized case files, meet deadlines, and manage a steady volume of active matters.
• JD required; licensed and in good standing with CA bar
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience
• Fluent Spanish proficiency preferred, but not required.
