Plaintiff Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice

Location: Auburn, MaineCompensation: $90,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience

Seeking a motivated Plaintiff Litigation Attorney to represent clients in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who values client advocacy and strong case preparation.

Responsibilities:

Manage plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct depositions and collaborate with expert witnesses.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Keep clients informed throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

Active Maine attorney license in good standing.
Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice.
Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Defense attorneys interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side practice are welcome to apply.
