Job DetailsWhat You Will Do

Represent plaintiffs in insurance bad faith and broker negligence litigation
Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
Appear in court for hearings and oral arguments
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
