We are looking for qualified candidates with the same vision to succeed!LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects (>$250,000) for a government contract in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities:Develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Major ProjectsConsults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents

Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projects

Provides weekly reports of new projects identified

Attends meetings at the governments request Required site visits

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR8 years of construction or engineering experienceLOGZONE is an equal opportunity employer.
