A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Coordinator II – Planogram Coordinator in Woonsocket, RI. The Coordinator II – Planogram Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

• The pay for this position is TBD (based on experience)

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Onsite 2–3 days per week

• Review, proofread, and quality-check all planogram communication materials prior to distribution

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all store-facing directives

• Coordinate and release planogram updates, including new item notices and discontinued items

• Interpret planogram content and translate into clear, actionable store instructions

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing teams to validate content and timelines

• Maintain version control and ensure stores receive accurate communication packets

• Utilize Adobe tools to review, annotate, and support updates to communication materials

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles

• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience working with planograms or retail merchandising processes

• Familiarity with Adobe tools for document review and annotation
