11:00pm-7:00am

Prior manufacturing experience is necessary.

Creeler Operator

Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Give Tufting machine operator breaks.

• Help with Backing Changes.

• Creel machines.

• Help catch blow backs.

• Help doff rolls.

• Help run knots for creel changes.

• Help thread machines.
