Job Description

JSG is currently seeking an Ergonomist for our client in the Bowling Green, KY area. This is a direct hire opportunity with relocation assistance provided. The incumbent will be responsible for the application of the following concepts: biomechanics, physiological and postural adjustments, functional anatomy, and circadian rhythms.

Required:

BS: Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, or Occupational H&S
- Emphasis in Ergonomics or equivalent
Knowledge of various ergonomic assessment methods
- e.g. Snook tools, NIOSH equations, and RULA.
5 + years’ experience in industrial ergonomics
Project management skills
Proven ability to coach at multiple levels
Proficiencies: MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
Office and General factory environment experience
Must be able to work flexible hours on short notice
Must be open to Shift Work
Must have the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, and occasional bending and stooping.
