Job Description

Experienced Feed Milling professional wanted! The right person for this position will have experience leading a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations as well as safety and maintenance. You will be a part of a small team which allows for easy & quick decision making! If you have previously managed a feed manufacturing facility or grain elevator, please Apply Today!

Position Requirements & Responsibilities:

3+ Years of Milling/Food Production experience; Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
Manager the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
Write and implement company SOPs
B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary between $85,000-$110,000
Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
401K Retirement Match Program
Paid Time Off
