Job Description

Plant Manager- Feed Milling | Columbus, NE

A growing livestock feed company is hiring a Plant Manager- Feed Milling to run day-to-day operations at its Columbus facility.

Highlights- Develop, document and enforce SOPs- Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly- Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency- Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing- Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus- Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)- At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role- Interviews are happening now

Compensation & benefits- Base salary $115k-$130k DOE- Performance bonus- Medical, dental and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- PTO plus paid holidays- Relocation assistance possible- Advancement into multi-site or regional operations leadership
