This is an opportunity for a driven manufacturing leader to shape performance, build culture, and develop teams within a rapidly growing, family-owned company with over 40 years of success in the corrugated packaging industry.At L&M, our purpose is simple:“A passionate family, making a positive impact on the world.”We are seeking a leader who believes in accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and servant leadership — someone who can inspire teams while delivering operational excellence.What You’ll DoAs Plant Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day plant operations while driving continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, and team development.Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
- Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to achieve operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve productivity
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Allocate labor, equipment, and resources effectively to maximize plant performance
- Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals
- Oversee scheduling, maintenance, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production workflows
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and team development
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production setting
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Experience in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing industries
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training
- Experience with ERP or production management systems (Amtech experience is a plus)
- College degree preferred
